Lotus Listen (Let us listen). I chose Lotus because it defines healing, growth, & rebirth. That is what I think of when I hear the words “Mental Health”. Im Fatima and I believe in the magic of healing.

I started this page to create a community where people can come together in my journey and never feel alone. I dream that everybody can have a safe space and my blog is just that. The magic of healing.

One day life seems impossible and the next you have become your own superhero defeating battles that you believed you could never overcome. So lotus listen, your mental health matters.
